User Provisioning Specialist Academic Affairs - Full Time 8 Hour Days (Non-Union) (Finance)

Required License/Certification:
This position will provide provisioning services to the USC Health Science campus end users with primary focus on continual service improvement while working with the Information Services Security Team to ensure policies are being enforced. This team member will: Work as an analyst in efforts of on-boarding and centralizing provisioning of the constituents of Academic Affairs (AA) and Graduate Medical Education (GME) applications/resources; Work with content experts and IT teams to gather information necessary to identify the best method for access provisioning and documenting business/technical processes surrounding user access provisioning and identity management; Configure application profiles within the access provisioning tools based on gathered requirements; Set up and manage automated as well as manual provisioning workflows. Serves as administrator for AA and GME databases, including, but not limited to iVIP, ECHO, iRotations and My Evaluations.
