Under the direction and supervision of the Senior Director of Oversight & Programs, below are the primary responsibilities:
Program Management and Execution
Assist in the implementation of key processes to allow for effective compliance oversight
Support and help recommend opportunities to enhance, refine and mature programs
Assist in stakeholder communication, management and collaboration
Support stakeholder relationship building
Support the development and facilitation of program trainings, including the creation and/or update of training materials
Program Reporting
Support the ongoing analysis of data to develop in-depth understanding of programs
Support the identification of data gaps and/or requirements needed to support effective program reporting
Support the planning and execution of the established reporting process
Help identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of reporting
Program Policy/Procedure Development and Maintenance
Support the development and/or maintenance of policies/procedures documentation and process flows associated with various oversight programs
Support the review and signoff of the 1st line / 2nd line organizations in the creation of procedures, meeting Oversight & Programs policy requirements and expectations

Minimum of 5 years of banking, finance, compliance or risk management experience
Excellent time management and organizational skills

Flexibility and willingness to learn and/or take on new and/or evolving responsibilities
Bachelor's Degree is required, advanced degrees and/or compliance or risk management related certifications preferred
Extensive experience with MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,and Visio is required
