The Marketing Analyst/ Specialist will manage marketing projects to grow new leads via inbound automation; build and create a rich content/editorial calendar; use data analysis to help make informed strategic decisions; and optimize marketing processes at our Wayne, PA location. Responsibilities
Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to Ecolane's owned properties.
Manage the development of a variety of deliverables including online, print media, lead generation campaigns, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, infographics, webinars, video, sales presentation, etc.
Write clear, attractive copy with distinct voice; edit and proofread copy as needed.
Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
Establish closed-loop analytics to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
Work with managers from different internal departments to ensure they are up to speed with progress and results of their campaigns.
Organize conference processes to help Ecolane better present itself.
Manage company branded material & collateral ensuring compliancy with messaging and brand requirements.
Work closely and collaborate with business development team.
Work closely with marketing partner agencies for all campaign needs.
Participate in trade shows and other public forums, representing Ecolane, as needed.
Evaluate and measure the impact of all marketing activities.
BA/BS degree or at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
Strong copywriting and editing skills
Capable in desktop publishing / office software, inbound marketing platforms (eg. Hubspot) and CRM systems (eg Salesforce)
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with both internal and external customers and vendors
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively and see projects through from start to finish
Experience with digital marketing in a variety of industries
Analytical, with a proven ability to interpret large amounts of information, news, data and research quickly – and distil the most important / relevant information for intelligent strategic development
Proficient user of Google Analytics and other major third party analytics platforms
Highly numerate and literate, with the ability to produce top quality written reports
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers
