Quality Engineer II - Semiconductor Manufacturing (Finance)



As a Quality Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of quality control / assurance activities and the delivery of high-quality products, frequently interact with customers, defining expectations and ensure offering required support to all customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes, ensuring that all products meet or exceed industry standards. You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you'll work out of our Spokane, WA location.

In this role, you will impact the overall quality and reliability of our products, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering,
• 1-5 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and SPC techniques.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools

WE VALUE

• Advanced Engineering degrees like Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering are desired
• Experience with quality management systems and processes,
• Six Sigma Green belt is preferred; Six Sigma Black Belt is an advantage.
• Experience with SQL is preferred,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Metal casting, Powder casting, or Thermal Mechanical Process is an advantage.

The plan to have total three quality engineers focused on customer, this scope covered customer self-assessment, Quality Investigation, frequent follow-up meetings with customers, working with Technical Support for customer technical service requests, Pre-alert customer OCAP and lead the effort to confirm capability of new/ revised specification, Quarterly process capability study for all customers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
• Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Analyze data and implement corrective actions to improve product quality
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes
• Interact with customers resolving quality and reliability concerns / feedback.

The annual base salary range for this position is <$71,000 - $88,000.00>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
