Cloud Platform Engineering Intern - Fall 2025 (Finance)

NVIDIA Cloud platform engineering is looking for an outstanding backend intern to work on NVIDIA's Unified Commerce Platform (UCP)! The team currently handles a set of service building blocks (Identity, Authentication, Authorization, Data Platform, Billing, and Security services) that will serve as the foundation for the delivery of existing and future NVIDIA utility services.

What you will be doing:

• Design, implement, deploy, test and maintain applications and services that impact NVIDIA's business with an emphasis on subscriptions and pricing
• Focus on designing and coding architecture that yields significant performance, availability, and business value
• Collaborate with other engineers within the team on the shared stack of collection of services. Understand the end-to-end configuration, technical dependencies, and overall behavioral characteristics of production UCP services
• Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to understand business requirements and align software direction to meet those needs.

What we need to see:

• Pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science or similar program
• Deep experience in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Go, Python, and proficiency in object-oriented design and programming.
• Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, as well as one or more of the following: Micro-services, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
• Background with Databases like MySQL, Amazon Aurora, Redis, Cassandra.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms and design patterns.

The hourly rate for our interns is 18 USD - 71 USD. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
