Chemical and Biological Defense Program Integration Senior Analyst (Government)

SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION:
The CBDP Program Integration Senior Analyst reports directly to the Principal Director to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Chemical and Biological Defense (DASD(CBD) to provide subject matter expertise, advice, and recommendations on the status of CBDP acquisition program related issues.
This senior analyst identifies cross cutting issues and coordinates Enterprise Senior Leader Reviews to assist decision-making and inform the program. The position requires extensive coordination amongst the Joint Program components and a myriad of stakeholders across the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), the Joint Staff, the Military Department, the interagency and performer laboratories.
This senior analyst requires extensive acquisition experience to fully integrate the unique Joint Program's Medical and Physical defense efforts which span the entire acquisition spectrum including Science and Technology (S&T), Advances Development, Test and Evaluation (T&E), Program Analysis, and Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution (PPBE) for the $1.4 billion dollar budget.
Facilitates specific “OIPT like” engagements on behalf of the DASD(CBD) and manages CBDP Enterprise-wide taskings/actions.
Analyzes DoD guidance, plans, policies, and initiatives to synchronize CBD efforts.
