DLA Program Manager (Project Management)
2. Preparation of all charts, forms, schedules, quality control programs, inspections, budgets and reports
within established timeframes and specifications.
3. Responsible for operating a profitable contract.
4. Responsible for ensuring efficient and effective communications between customers and Goodwill.
5. Responsible for the development and training of personnel so that they can function with a minimum of
supervision.
6. Supervises a workforce composed primarily of disabled persons and trains associates in proper work
techniques, schedules, usage and conservation of supplies and operation of equipment.
7. Responsible for conformance to the statement of work and contract specifications.
8. Coordinates with rehabilitation personnel to ensure maximum utilization of disabled personnel and
maintain required ratios.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The associate in this position has supervisory responsibility for designated associates in their department.
Education/Experience/Certificates/Security Clearance
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in engineering, physical sciences, mathematics, management information systems or business preferred. Minimum requirement of 3 years of managerial experience and industrial experience. No professional certifications are required for this position. Valid state driver's license, insurance and satisfactory driving record are required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable adjudication on a government background investigation prior to start date. May be required to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance and sex offender check. Ability to operate PC, proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. ADDITIONAL BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENT: Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable adjudication on a government sponsored National Agency Check with Law and Credit (NACLC) background investigation prior to start date. May be required to obtain and maintain a SECRET Security Clearance. Minimum two (2) years experience with supply system services, inventory management, sourcing items of supply and services preferred. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures, preferred. Must be able to analyze financial reports, cost contracts, and work within budget constraints and must be computer literate in spreadsheets and word processing.

Physical Demands/Work Environment/Work Conditions
The associate is required to lift up to 50 pounds alone and to team lift 50 or more pounds. Must be able to lift 25 pounds above their head. Must be able to push and pull up to 500 pounds. The associate works in a moderate work environment with occasional exposure to extreme atmospheric conditions (temperature, noise, fumes, dust, etc.). The associate is required to be available at all times by phone and provide for a backup in their absenc
