Regional Sales/Svc Implementation Mgr (Finance)
Responsible for ensuring that sales and services strategies are on target for implementation. Provides feedback to branch management team and acts as liaison with other areas of the organization in the development of sales and service related campaign materials.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ensures successful field implementation of Sales and Service initiatives. Provides direct written feedback to Regional Executives and Regional Managers based upon branch observations. Provides direct feedback to branch management teams based upon overall branch observations. In collaboration with the sales team, creates and implements strategic directives for teams on sales and service campaigns. Assists with the development of sales and service management tools and coaches Regional and Branch Management teams on their effective usage. Manage and analyze sales and service reports to evaluate the success of activities and make appropriate recommendations to Director of Sales and Service improve achievement of objectives and goals. Liaises with Marketing in development of sales and service campaign materials. Manages activities of Retail Sales and Service Analyst. Identifies sales and service training gaps and reports back to Executive/Senior management to ensure continued staff development.
During branch visits ensures Everything Speaks facility guidelines are followed and appropriate action is taken when necessary.{Work directly with Business Intelligence ensuring all communications to Sales Management and the Retail Branch Network are routed appropriately. Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Associates Degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field. 3 years branch management experience preferred or related Retail Banking experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent verbal, written and customer service skills. PC proficient, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
