Greenlake Managed Services Tower Director (Project Management)
The Greenlake Tower Lead will be a key member of the HPE Pointnext Global Remote Services team, partnering and influencing across the GRS leadership team and our business partner/stakeholder groups to ensure the effective operation and growth of the organization and business deliverables. The successful candidate will have direct accountability for WW end to end Greenlake Managed Services delivery model, operational performance, cost of delivery, margin goals, and globally consistent elevated customer experience. This role spans responsibility for driving the strategy and vision across the full Greenlake Delivery organization, managing key services areas for core GMS operations processes, and will specifically focus on driving cross-organizational execution for the HPE Greenlake business strategy.
Working with teams across the globe, this role will provide hands-on leadership to help design, prioritize, and implement strategy to help business scale; requiring a leader who can set a vision and can solve problems from a high level as well as dive deep into the details..
Reporting to the Vice President, Global Remote Services, the Greenlake Tower Lead will
• Partner across the GRS, GreenLake and GreenLake Managed Services GEOs to ensure best in class service capabilities are enabled
• Develop and deploy an end to end delivery model that delivers a globally consistent remote service experience, achieves Cost of Delivery targets, and achieves Total Customer Experience goals. Define vision, tactics, and strategies for Greenlake operations globally
• Work closely with the business leadership teams to facilitate integrated GMS strategic planning and specifically determine how business fits into overall Company strategy
• Build Relationships: Interface with other functional areas and partners, Account Services, A&PS, to ensure Governance, Compliance and Business Growth.
• Deliver internal and external reports highlighting business outcomes across all Geos, Hubs, and Towers
• Drive consistent processes globally utilizing best practices from the various Hubs and Geos.
• Engage and lead GMS customer escalations and resolutions on behalf of GRS
• Be the key representative from the GRS organization into Greenlake Business Unit. Ensure alignment of goals and plans with Greenlake.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration across organizational boundaries; build consensus; creates an open, team environment where differences can be discussed and resolved constructively.
• Influence decision making at region and global level
• Ensure GMS are tightly linked to all Pointnext organizations to enable growth.
• Ensure financial rigor, structure, accuracy, and accountability tied to Budget, Flash, and overall Pointnext COD commitments.
