JOB SUMMARY:
The Field Operations Manager oversees field operations to ensure crews deliver superior service quality to every client. Reporting to the Branch Manager, functions surrounding labor management, safety and compliance enforcement, job site material management, and client relations are daily aspects of this role.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Build and train field crews during green season and snow seasonInteract with clients to identify and meet their service needsCoordinate daily crew dispatch with job schedules and material/equipment deliveriesVerify all crew timesheets as required to make weekly payroll deadlineAdhere to all safety standards and educate team on safety items via weekly meetingsEstablish, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures to streamline processesCollaborate with Client Account Managers and Branch Managers to respond to client service requestsAdditional responsibilities as assigned
