The Sales Development Manager (SDM) is a technical and consultative sales role that will develop and execute initiatives to identify and capitalize on market trends and growth opportunities of the USG Structural Panel portfolio in the SE territory of the USA. The SDM will leverage their extensive knowledge of general construction practices to appropriately position the USG Structural Panel portfolio as the basis of design with Architects, structural engineers, general contractors, and other identified target markets. This sales role utilizes both direct sell activities as well as management Independent Sales Representatives (ISRs) within the Southeast territory. The manager is expected to live within their work territory (Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, or North Carolina).
