Role
The Manager Network Contractor Safety, will actively support Crown Castle Network businesses by serving as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders related to Network related safety incidents that occur on Crown Castle Network facilities and work sites. This role will include root cause analysis development/review and alerting stakeholders of safety deficiencies identified as a result of safety incidents or safety observations and how the contractor proposes to address known deficiencies in their corrective action plans. The Manager will also inform stakeholders of changes to Federal or State legislation, regulatory compliance and Industry Standards (OSHA, NESC, NEC, ANSI, ANSI/ASSP, etc.) that can affect our current or future business concerns while proactively collaborating and implementing possible solutions with internal and external stakeholders. Specifically the Manager will work with internal clients to ensure external communications/messaging is consistent with business values and concerns while positively influencing and improving vendor quality, efficiency and safety. The Manager will also work with and support organizations such as Common Ground Alliance, Fiber Broadband Association, NUCA, NATE and other industry organizations that Crown Castle is partnered to help establish best practices and safety requirements specifically related to our industry.
In addition, the Manager collaborates with the Director Network Safety to support and manage Safety Managers, identifying best practices, driving consistency across Regional business lines and coordinating communication nationally. The Manager and his/her team will be responsible for designing and implementing safety processes and procedures with a focus on Crown Castle's role in providing service to customers. The Manager and Safety Managers will proactively identify issues of Company importance and work to address and streamline implementation of resolutions.

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week). There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require up to 50% travel.

Compensation Information: The salary range for this role is $110,000-$120,000 + annual incentive + RSU + benefits: 401(k) plan, PTO, healthcare (medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug), tuition reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program.
