Assembler - Level 5 (FAA) (Finance)



As an Assembler Level 5/Workflow Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in our Aerospace (Aero) business unit in Redmond, WA. You will be responsible for assembling and testing complex aerospace components and systems. Your attention to detail and technical skills will contribute to the success of our projects and the overall growth of our business. You will report directly to our Assembly Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Redmond, WA. In this role, you will impact our Aero business unit by ensuring the quality and efficiency of our assembly processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices. Your ability to follow instructions and work with precision will be instrumental in meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

Pay Transparency

The hourly pay range for this position is $29.85-$37.36. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the flow of work in the area to ensure the work cells meet their production plan
  • Execute work priorities provided by the supervisor
  • Troubleshoot, resolve and or escalate assembly issues
  • Communicate end of shift results
  • Oversee and ensure quality compliance of their work-cell
  • Lead daily tiered-accountability meeting for responsible work cell
  • Able to report and manage work cell metrics such as material health, unit by hour, etc
  • Lead RPS (rapid problem solving) events when a quality event occurs
  • Assemble and test complex aerospace components and systems
  • Follow detailed work instructions and drawings to ensure accuracy
  • Inspect and verify the quality of assembled products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.As an Assembler - Level 5 here at Honeywell, you will assemble and inspect complex mechanical and electronic components, ensuring they meet quality standards. Your attention to detail will maintain our high production standards. You will report directly to our Production Manager and you'll work out of our Redmond, WA location on an On-site work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Assembler 3 or a related role
  • Must be Certified Employee with approved documentation and stamp
  • Strong technical skills in aerospace assembly
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and drawings
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment

WE VALUE

  • Experience with troubleshooting complex aerospace systems
