SourceAmerica is looking for a talented Culture and Engagement Partner to join its Vienna, VA-based Human Resources team. SourceAmerica offers a hybrid work arrangement with its employees, meaning you can work remotely Monday and Friday and in the office Tuesday - Thursday.

Position Summary
This position develops, implements, and monitors programs that influence who joins our team (recruiting), how we continually engage those employees, and foster a high-performing team culture within the organization. This Partner serves as the HR ombudsman to employees throughout the candidate and employee lifecycle including recruiting, initial employee orientation, employee development, training, and succession plans. This position partners with other HR team members, Learning Solutions team members, and it reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources

Vaccination Requirement
In accordance with Executive Order 14042 and the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force Guidance, SourceAmerica, a covered contractor, requires employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment, unless a disability or religious exemption is approved.
