Operate equipment related to particle manufacturing and processing
Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual janitorial and microbial cleaning of controlled areas, cleanrooms and other manufacturing/lab areas.
Sanitize and clean processing tools, components, and equipment.
Handle and dispense chemicals for cleaning and sanitization with required PPE.
Perform general calibration assistance and utilize calibrated instruments/equipment
Responsible for labeling, storage, and movement of materials in process.
Gown to cleanroom guidelines including gown, hood, booties, and gloves.
Accurately documents necessary processes performed per procedural requirements and support the review of completed documents for completeness and accuracy.
Education
HS Diploma/HSED
Experience
A minimum of one-year manufacturing experience or equivalent coursework/certification Required
Experience in medical device or chemical processing Preferred
Experience working in a Cleanroom environment Preferred
Must be able to pass vision testing requirements (with or without corrective eyewear).
