Manufacturing Technician 1 - Particles - 3rd Shift (Architecture)



Schedule: 3rd Shift - Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00pm - 7:30am; $1.00 Shift Premium
 
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
 
  • Particle Manufacturing Processing
  • Operate equipment related to particle manufacturing and processing
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual janitorial and microbial cleaning of controlled areas, cleanrooms and other manufacturing/lab areas.
  • Sanitize and clean processing tools, components, and equipment. 
  • Handle and dispense chemicals for cleaning and sanitization with required PPE.
  • Perform general calibration assistance and utilize calibrated instruments/equipment 
  • Responsible for labeling, storage, and movement of materials in process. 
  • Gown to cleanroom guidelines including gown, hood, booties, and gloves.
  • Accurately documents necessary processes performed per procedural requirements and support the review of completed documents for completeness and accuracy.
 
Education
  • HS Diploma/HSED
 
Experience
  • A minimum of one-year manufacturing experience or equivalent coursework/certification Required
  • Experience in medical device or chemical processing Preferred
  • Experience working in a Cleanroom environment Preferred
Must be able to pass vision testing requirements (with or without corrective eyewear).
