Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced manager to lead a small team in a geographically concentrated area within Pensacola Beach, FL. Your team will include Assistant Property Managers and Property Inspectors. You will create the workload plan for your team and have clear goals and assignments for yourself daily, and you will be rewarded for your team's performance. We use some of the industry's best systems to plan, coordinate, and task manage. We provide company vehicles for use while you work, and we also pay mileage if a company vehicle is not available to you. We strive for a healthy work life balance, this position requires weekend and holiday shifts as well as evening on-call as the dispatcher or responder according to the schedule. Job Responsibilities:
Manage your team: time, attendance, performance and learning.Manage team schedules. Based on needs of the business.Manage on-call schedule for team to ensure guests needing after hours assistance are taken care of. Dispatching and RespondingManage vendor schedules. Calls, schedules and follow-up.Maintain high cleaning and maintenance standards. Manages cleaners' performance verbal and written.Handle escalated issues with guests. Focus on de-escalation and resolving issues.Create plans to keep the properties in excellent shape. Performs QC inspections, Property Improvement Plans, Clear and Concise communication.Maintain an average review score of 4.65 or higher Maintain a happy, tenured, and motivated team. Reduce team member turnover through mentoring, teaching and accountability. This is essential to your success.Take advantage of every opportunity to WTG (Wow the Guest). Special occasions and milestones to be celebrated.Retain property owners by maintaining the property to the standards of the property owner expectations. Goal is 10% or less.Manage your territory in accordance with budgeted requirements. Works directly with Director of Operations or General Manager for budgeting need
