WHO YOU ARE
As the eCommerce Distribution Supervisor you are accountable for providing leadership, direction and support for a designated shift within the Distribution Center (DC). You will manage, operations to accomplish facility and company business goals; Operate the department in a safety-first, cost-efficient, quality-oriented manner to achieve excellent customer service while fostering effective employee relationships.
You are a key member of the cross functional larger plant leadership team and is responsible for coordinating the activities of E-Commerce as one shift turns over to the other, but also in coordination with the retail and manufacturing environment.
WHERE YOU WILL WORK
ClosetMaid's Ocala Distribution Center is a 200,000 SQFT operation, with approximately 100 employees working around the clock. This DC is a hybrid, providing replenishment services to regional DCs, both internal and customer, as well as direct fulfillment – using both 3rd party and in-house transportation. The DC also serves as a receiving and warehousing site for the adjacent Ocala Wire Plant. Our most exciting area of growth is direct e-Fulfillment for ClosetMaid.com and other e-retail providers, direct to the customer.
