Summary
This position is responsible for all pending dispatch tickets created by the (CTS) Customer Technical Support Team. The Dispatch Scheduler will work closely with all CTS agents as well as all vendors to ensure all required call detail is thoroughly communicated to all parties involved. This will include coordination with the selected technician to ensure the appropriate parts / material are on hand to resolve the issue. Dispatch Scheduler will be responsible for ticket reconciliation to ensure that all ETAs are accurate and met in a timely manner.

This position will report to an office and will be part of a larger team atmosphere.
This position will be part of a shift schedule that could alternate both time and days depending on the needs. If this associate participates in efforts outside of the planned shift, overtime will apply.
This position does not require physical labor but may require associates to be seated at a designated workstation for long periods of time.
