SUMMARY: The primary purpose of your job position is to perform clerical support in an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures, and as directed by your supervisor. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following list reflects essential duties and responsibilities. Leadership may reassign, reallocate, or add any responsibilities to this list at any time. Maintain current file/listing of residents by name and room number, emergency phone members of on-call personnel, department extensions, key personnel, etc. Ensure guests/visitors abide by existing rules and refuse admission to persons as directed. Ensure that the Administrator and department heads are notified promptly of any Licensing and Certification representatives entering or leaving the facility. Attend and participate in workshops, seminars, etc., in-service educational classes and on-the-job training programs as directed. Attend and participate in annual OSHA and CDC in-service training programs for hazard communication, TB management, and bloodborne pathogens standard. Ensure current state survey results are maintained at the Reception desk and are available to residents and others. Maintain confidentiality of resident care information to ensure resident's rights are protected. Other duties as assigned.
