Paralegal Intern (Summer 2025) (Legal)

The High Companies is looking for Paralegal intern to join the Legal Department team! The Paralegal intern is responsible for assisting the legal team in all assigned tasks in the legal department, located at our Corporate office in Lancaster, PA.

This is a 1st shift position. This individual must be available to work during the Summer 2025. 

This is a Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, summer position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist legal department personnel with governance tasks included but not limited to verifying resolutions, operating agreements and summarizing key legal documents
  • Attend meetings with external counsel
  • Conduct research on key legal issues
  • Performs other duties and support as directed by General Counsel & Secretary and other legal department team members

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled or pursuing a 4-year related degree or a graduate with a 4-year degree who is interested in pursuing a career in law
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Team player who possesses strong attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word necessary
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Able to work in our Greenfield Corporate Office in Lancaster, PA
  • Valid Driver's license
