SharePoint Senior Analyst - Express Scripts - Remote (Finance)



As a SharePoint Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our team's collection of SharePoint sites to support internal communication, document management, and team collaboration. You'll work closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure content is well-organized, accessible, and aligned with business needs. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, customer-focused, and eager to grow in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and pages using SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and design user-friendly content structures.
  • Ensure content is organized, searchable, and compliant with company standards.
  • Provide basic training and support to users on SharePoint features and best practices.
  • Monitor site usage and performance, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate technical problems when necessary.
  • Assist with content migration and document lifecycle management.
  • Maintain metadata, tagging, and version control for documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and helpful attitude a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail preferred.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with a willingness to learn and adapt preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint Online, Lists, OneDrive, and Outlook required.
  • Basic understanding of SharePoint permissions, site settings, and content types required.
  • Experience with document management and version control is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a healthcare or pharmacy environment.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, or other Microsoft 365 integrations.
  • Understanding of information architecture and user experience principles.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
