The Role
The Sr. Director of Enterprise Architecture is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and driving the enterprise-wide architecture vision, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology strategy. This individual leads the Enterprise Architecture (EA) group and serves as a key advisor to executive leadership on technology investments, innovation, and transformation initiatives. This role is accountable for establishing architectural standards, frameworks, and governance models that guide the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and sustainable technology solutions. The Sr. Director partners closely with business and IT leaders to ensure that enterprise architecture enables agility, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location . Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
