Position Title: Project Manager III (P3)

Role

As Project Manager III, you will support Crown Castle's Vertical Envelope Program, a high-impact initiative serving two of our strategic customers. You will lead two critical workstreams: the Deviation Notification process for one customer and the Fix Order lifecycle for another. This role requires strong coordination across internal teams, general contractors, and customers. You will be responsible for meeting defined cycle times, driving process efficiency, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering on key construction and compliance milestones.

This is a high-visibility position suited for someone who is organized, proactive, and skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities 

  • Manage and drive execution of Vertical Envelope Notification & Fix Orders process from creation through closure
  • Ensure data integrity across systems and alignment with key construction milestones
  • Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and general contractors to resolve blockers and keep orders progressing
  • Monitor cycle time compliance and escalate risks to maintain program performance
  • Collaborate with field resources to verify corrective actions and photo documentation
  • Participate in recurring cadence and reporting to drive process improvements
  • Ensure Crown Castle systems are maintained with accurate and reportable data
  • Report project status against commitments and keep customers and stakeholders informed
  • Resolve conflicts and drive issue resolution with customers and all stakeholders
  • Own financial accountability across all individuals and collection of assigned projects
  • Manage scope creep and other work order changes according to contractual practices
  • Escalate issues through internal lines of business and with customer management hierarchy

Education/Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Project Management Certification (PMP-PMI) or other related certifications a plus

Experience/Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of three (5) + years of project management experience
  • Experience managing project budgets or related financial experience
  • Customer facing project management experience a plus

Reports to:  Program Manager

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.  On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home.  There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.

Compensation
The salary range offered for this position is $91200 - $125400 annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
