What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Support members of the equipment administration team, operations personnel, and fleet maintenance department
  • Resolve issues and recommend solutions related to maintenance issues and vehicle assignments
  • Monitor database and track company car assignments
  • Confirm accuracy of database and generate monthly reports
  • Confirm accuracy of repair invoices and process them timely
  • Handle and complete ad hoc projects, reporting, and requests as needed
  • Perform other job-related duties assigned

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 1 year of experience in maintenance, logistics, operations management or a related field

It'd be great if you also have:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills (V-Lookup, Pivots, etc.) and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
