Treasury Services Implementation Specialist (Project Management)

As a Treasury Services Implementation Specialist, you may look forward to:
•Implementing / Changing Member Treasury Services products on appropriate systems.
•Providing onsite or telephone training for all Treasury Services to Members.
•Working closely with Treasury Service Sales team to ensure Treasury Services products are implemented within the required timeframe.
• Assisting the Treasury Services Support team and the Sales Team as needed.
• Staying abreast of system functionality as enhancements/releases are deployed.
• Performing other duties and departmental functions as assigned.
• Obeying all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
You are a person that has (required skills):
• Previous bank operations experience.
• 3+ years of banking experience.
• Computer Skills (Word and Excel).
• Excellent communications skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Time Management skills.
• Excellent Member Service skills.
• Excellent Team player skills.
You'll be better prepared if you have (desired skills and competencies):
• Previous bank operations experience.
• 3+ years of banking experience.
• Experience with Treasury Service Products preferred.
• Previous training experience.
Physically you can anticipate to:
• Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.
• Exert up to/carry 20 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time.
• Vision, hearing, speech, and manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with fingers is required. Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.
• Not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
