Honeywell's ACST team is seeking a Program Administrator for our Broomfield, CO location.

The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is $44,300.00 - $55,400.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS

U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual requirements. Applicants must also be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of security processing.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Use administrative and organizational skills to provide support to the Environments and Infrastructure (E&I) projects
  • Acting as point of contact for various activities associated with internal and external customers
  • Coordinate customer visits and schedule meetings
  • Manage structure of and access to E&I SharePoint and share drives
  • Preparing, maintaining, distributing, and filing various project correspondence and reports, and procedures
  • Managing ad hoc projects and requests for the site and business
  • Coordinate with program administrator at sister location to ensure coverage
As a Program Administrator here at Honeywell, you will support and coordinate various programs, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery through data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will report directly to our Program Admin and you'll work out of our Broomfield, CO location on a On-site work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, business support specialist, or project support specialist
  • U.S. Citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance
