Lecturer of Management and Organization (Finance)
The Management and Organization (MOR) Department at the USC-Marshall School of Business is seeking to hire a non-tenure track Lecturer, who has experience in teaching organizational behavior and corporate strategy. The individual should have subject-matter expertise in business as reflected in education, experience, and/or research publications/case writing.
The MOR department is involved in the study of organizational behavior and strategic management; our 23 tenured/tenure-track faculty members, ten clinical faculty and two lecturers have backgrounds in organizational behavior, psychology, sociology, economics, and general management. Minimum qualifications: Ph.D./DBA (or equivalent) degree in an appropriate area of study. Teaching experience at the college/university level.
