Title: Operations Support Coordinator
Department: Administrative
General Summary:
Provides administrative support for the Branch. Provides back up for the Receptionist.
Key Responsibilities will be a subset of the following, depending on the needs of the branch:
1.Work with various vendors on special pricing contracts and negotiations.
2.Contract pricing coordination and SAP quotation entry into the RA business system.
3.Work extensively in the McMc business system.
4.Maintains an accurate tracking of RA Training, TechConnect sales opportunities and orders.
5.Processes and coordinates the internal and external customer calls/requests regarding the scheduling and pricing of RA Training Services, TechConnect Contracts.
6.Processes and coordinates all the RA Training promotion, quotation, order and invoice activities- including student confirmations, class attendance, evaluation forms, student certificates, course outlines, training schedule flyers, etc.
7.Coordinates the facilities, equipment and refreshment/meal requirements for on-site and off-site training classes.
8.Enters locally initiated non-conformances.
9.Coordinates repair/service for office equipment.
10.Backs up the receptionist.

b.2nd back up for phone coverage
c.2nd back up for paperless office scanning and indexing
d.A/P invoice and expense report coding
11.Documents employee attendance of lunch and learns.
12.Assists branch with open house activities when requested.
13.Provides continuous improvements to the support tools and processes which supports the quality initiatives set forth by the region.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1.High School diploma or GED.
2.1 year+ administrative experience preferred.
3.Advanced PC skills with advanced MS Office skills required. Specifically Access and Excel.
4.Proven communication skills, oral and written.
5.Ability to work with minimal supervision: organizing, prioritizing, and completing tasks at own initiative.
