An Operations Specialist is responsible for, but not limited to, the following functions:
On-boarding of new clients, deposit products, and cash management services
Review client tax certification forms for completeness and monitor client profile info for FATCA compliance
Provide operational support to internal business partners, including but not limited to Client Advisory Services, Sales teams, and other internal business partners.
Ensuring department procedures are current
Process approximately 500 client requests per month
Successfully meet tight service level agreements on client requests
Provide accurate and clear operational guidance to clients and business partners consistent with bank policy and procedures
Candidate must:
Have a strong ability to multi-task, handle high volumes, and support cross-functional teams
Display strong written and verbal communication skills
Have a solid understanding of Bank products, regulations, processes, and procedures
Be able to independently research and solve simple to moderately complex scenarios
Highly adaptable and resilient, must be open to new ideas and willing to support fluid workflows.
Have solid networking skills, strong ability to build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues
Effectively manage all tasks and responsibilities in a timely manner with high quality
