We offer devices and therapies to treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms and heart failure, as well as cardiac diagnostic and monitoring solutions. Our Medical Education Delivery Team is looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our best-in-class training team! Use your technical expertise and clinical experience to train, educate and inspire CRM field new hires to advance patient care and outcomes with Medtronic products and therapies. As a Sr Technical Field Training Specialist, you will be a certified technical trainer highly qualified to deliver synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences and performance-based instruction to the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) field employees and external customers. These therapy, product and procedural technical experts on the team are certified to deliver simulated procedure training utilizing processes, tools, and facilities within Medtronic Training Centers and through an online instruction portal.
