The Network Technician / Admin position requires an IT-focused individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. Under direct guidance, the Network Technician / Admin will perform custom network support for Business Information Group employees. This position requires the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Onboarding/Offboarding of employee endpoints and IT equipment · Dashboard management of Office 365, AMP, Duo, Sharefile, Barracuda, Etc. · Mobile device management · BIG Internal IT documentation · Assistance with troubleshooting of workstations software and hardware · Software installs, upgrades and updates
