What You Need to Know
Genesis Products is seeking an experienced 2nd shift Quality Inspector for our lamination plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Conduct thorough inspections of paper treating processes and finished products
- Document and report any defects or non-conformities in the paper treating process
- Monitor and enforce compliance with quality control policies and procedures
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues
- Conduct visual inspections and measurements of treated paper products
- Previous experience in quality control, preferably in paper or wood products manufacturing
- Ability to utilize and interpret data from Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods

- Quality Control Expertise: Proven experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing or lamination processing environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify defects or deviations from specifications with accuracy and consistency.
- Documentation Skills: Ability to maintain detailed inspection records and communicate findings effectively.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to recommend corrective actions or process improvements based on inspection results.

- Basic Computer Skills: Competence in using software or systems for logging inspection data and generating reports.
