Program Management Sr Advisor (Healthcare)
Ensures that IT work is completed to support Product and Go to Market targets. Provides expert content/professional leadership on complex Program Management assignments/projects. Supports the delivery of a strategic program representing a major company initiative by providing central expertise, governance, and control within or independent of a formal Program Management Office (PMO). Responsible for planning, organizing, assigning work, monthly status reporting, and controlling resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. Manages large programs or processes. Interprets internal or external issues and recommends solutions/best practices. Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions. May lead functional teams or projects. Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders. Focuses on providing thought leadership within Program Management but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business. Recognized internally as a subject matter expert.
Responsibilities:
This position operates as an independent contributor for the achievement of departmental initiatives, goals, program development, team development, program valuation, and project/process management. This position supports the Evernorth Behavioral organization through the Product team in achieving successful program outcomes and as a matrix partner for other departments and programs within the Evernorth organization.
• May work to define business requirements for various IT solution teams to support the building and maintenance of behavioral IT needs.
• Works in conjunction with leadership to develop and build new programs or to review and revise current, existing programs
• Partners with leadership in development of metrics and/or other measures to provide valuation of department program and service delivery
• Partners with Growth/Enterprise Strategy, Sales, Solutions, Marketing and Account Management to provide needed data and information for behavioral health sales, customer retention and promotion of the behavioral products
• Provides participation and guidance to the Leadership team for program/enterprise projects
• Facilitates departmental program evaluation meetings and other meetings as needed
• Facilitates tracking of departmental work and leadership reporting
• Oversees the fulfillment of larger organizational goals by coordinating activities between multiple projects and initiatives.
• Gives detailed attention to behavioral program strategies and implementation
• Assists in establishing a methodology for business benefit valuation and tracking of realization
• Develop partnerships with matrix organizations to refine requirements, support delivery processes and influence schedules and roadmaps.
• Applies project management skills in estimation, scheduling and risk mitigation activities
• Develops insight to key results and helps apply to prioritization of scope and activities
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's Degree in a business, project management, or healthcare field preferred
Prior Work Experience
• Agile experience required

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 104,500 - 174,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
