As an Office Clerk working full time you would be responsible for filing, making copies, enthusiastically answering phones, with the intent of respect in mind. It is very imperative that you always maintain confidentiality of all client information. The Office Clerk should have excellent communication skills, be flexible and cooperative in fulfilling obligations, comply with accepted professional standards and practices. You would ideally be a self-directed individual that is able to work with little supervision.

Office Clerk Essential Duties:

Answering calls, data entry, reports, and filingCorresponding with Mays Plus clients to schedule caregiver visitsCompany car fleet maintenance/mileage managementOrdering monthly office suppliesObtaining up-to-date car insurance information on current employees

Office Clerk Requirements:

Successfully pass a OSBI background check and health screeningMust have a valid driver's license and current auto insuranceAuthorizes to work legally in the United States of AmericaAble to provide 2 valid forms of identification as listed on USCIS Form I-9
