Security Properties Residential has an opening for a Director of Talent Development based at its corporate office in Seattle, WA.

The Director of Talent Development creates a fully integrated learning organization by developing, aligning, and delivering organizational development and training activities to meet business goals. The ideal candidate provides internal consulting in training and organizational development to departments, facilitates change management methodologies, and works with management to assess training and development needs consistent with the organization's strategy and vision. Enhances individual and team performance by creating a climate of continuous learning supporting the organization's strategic initiatives. The position is responsible for training new employees, supporting training needs, developing curricula, and delivering courses. The Director of Talent Development evaluates reporting for measurement of training needs and results. This position requires outstanding interpersonal communication skills, strong presentation skills, and customer service abilities.
The ability to travel for in-person training is required - travel will be up to 40% as needed. Experience with various properties, outstanding leadership, customer service, interpersonal skills, and verbal, written, and presentation skills is a must. Strong organizational abilities, computer and Excel skills, and time management skills are needed. Affordable housing experience is not required for the role but is preferred.
