Senior 365 Developer (Personal Services)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled D365 Senior Developer to join our Dynamics team in a techno-functional role. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX development, including customization, configuration, integration, and implementation. You will work closely with vendors and internal teams to understand their business needs, design, and develop custom solutions, and provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure D365 based on business requirements, including data entities, custom services, tables
- Integration: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between D 365 and other internal and external systems, ensuring data consistency and seamless communication.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable, efficient, and user-friendly D365 solutions.
- Testing: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the reliability and functionality of developed solutions. Guide and facilitate UAT when needed.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for D365 solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates and enhancements as needed.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide junior developers, review their work, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Communication: Collaborate with business partners and other IT resources ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of customizations, integrations, and technical processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in D365/X++ development.
- Proficiency in X++ and customizing all areas of D365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in warehousing and/or retail is a plus.
- Experience with integration and cloud-based technologies like Azure Logic Apps and the Azure suite of technologies is a plus.
- Experience in C# and .NET is a plus.
