BANQUET UTILITY PM (Project Management)

The Award winning Grandover Resort & Spa - A Wyndham Grand Hotel is seeking a Dishwasher in Banquets. We are looking for someone hard working with a positive attitude and flexible availability. We have some amazing restaurants and a great team environment.
Weekly pay. Uniforms provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather dishes, plates, and utensils from dining and kitchen areas.Operate dishwashing machines efficiently.Clean wooden cutting boards, large pots, and delicate china manually.Stack and organize clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.Prepare dishwashing stations before meal preparation begins.Especially during peak hours, maintain an adequate supply of clean dishes, glasses, and utensils.Monitor detergent levels and place orders when necessary.Report any technical issues promptly.Sanitize the kitchen, including the floor.Removing garbage regularly.
2nd Shift 3pm-11pm
