The Technical Trainer will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials. You will also manage all phases of training interventions. You will be responsible for the communication and coordination with management and other training staff to accomplish delivery and assessment of both the students and training department's efforts by regular reports.
